I understand that merchandise, products, and services purchased on this site is made to order and customized. The Home Girl Tasha CANNOT PROCESS EXCHANGES and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I understand that all orders take up to 10 business days to process. Once processed and ready to ship, a tracking confirmation will be sent. I understand that The Home Girl Tasha reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors. I understand that all merchandise, unless noted, is unisex and may run a little bigger than the traditional women's sizes. I understand that due to COVID-19 there may be a delay in the delivery of my order. Processing takes up to 10 business days and once shipped, USPS may have delays as well. I confirm that I have ordered the correct item(s). I understand that if I change my order during processing, it may cause a delay in my shipping/receiving of my order. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct. *Any incorrect address may result in cancellation of the entire order. I understand that The Home Girl Tasha stands behind the quality of products and will exchange or refund any products with quality-related or manufacturing issues within 30 days of delivery of purchase. If the package is marked as DELIVERED, but I do not receive my order, I must contact USPS and file a claim with them. The Home Girl Tasha is not responsible.
