LaTasha is a Philadelphia, PA based realtor, mother, and educator. She is passionate about helping others excel in their real estate business by sharing her own experience. Sh%t I Wish I Knew Before Becoming a Realtor is the first eBook in a series dedicated to helping new realtors find their way in this business.

LaTasha is the mother of one (Christopher) and a proud Philadelphia native and Educator. After teaching and leading in Philadelphia Schools for over 15 years, she decided to pursue another passion; helping others invest in underserved communities and finding their dream home. She has an undergraduate and graduate degree from Chestnut Hill College in Early Childhood Education. She also obtained her Masters in Educational Leadership from the illustrious Lincoln University. This knowledge and experience coupled with her education at the Temple Real Estate School, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and building great relationships with the clients she serves.
